Christians walk the talk
God’s way leads us to the right and safe path. Our life, being God-given, must always string along the right route for it was not designed for cut and try or hit and miss existence. Let’s perpetually fix in the mind that “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
Why is it that we are not improving, for example, in our Christian moral values and judgments, despite the explosion of knowledge and the endless establishment of school institutions? It seems we don’t advance ourselves. We are improving in many aspects of our life as we witness the advent of mobile phones and other technological wonders of our generation. But sad that we don’t heighten our Christian moral values!
True happiness is all about yourself, your inner emotion or response, and not any stimulus outside of yourself. You cannot buy happiness, they say, as you don’t purchase what you already own. The character of your heart and mind, therefore, plays a huge role in maintaining a life of peace and happiness.
We are closer to God only when we seem broken inwardly — in the spirit. It is the meaning of Psalm 51:17: “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.” Hence, trials are necessary for a balanced life! They are God’s will for us to believe and humble ourselves before Him. They are divine mechanisms to remind us of our dust origin. God is near to those experiencing a broken spirit and having a contrite or repentant heart.
Here are some tips on how to attract a mature-minded, middle-income, intelligent, godly, well-adjusted and potential future wife. But, firstly, may I stress that our approach differs with one’s level of maturity, experience, and godliness.
For I know I’m done with the idea of
thinking about things that don’t last;
fanciful, but fleeting, a mere shadow—
the old and dying don’t anymore celebrate!
