Health is Everything
Bill Gates owns 269,000 acres of farmland, but it is just meaningless without excellent health. As Steve Jobs said, “Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me.” But why are we thoughtless on average about giving ourselves everything to serve up a long life? Our healthy existence up to a ripe old age is all we have. Health is superior to wealth. For this reason, we have pursued a more lethal path when we have put wealth before health.

About Our Declining Health
Exceptional health does not just come from nowhere. The same is true regarding our health breakdown. Our dying state seems to originate from everywhere—from the food we eat, the water we drink, the relationships we endure, our sedentary lifestyle, sleeping habits, and the unhealthy mindset we live in.
Our bodies’ natural goal is to die in 70 or 80 years, but a few live up to a century. Science has uncovered—at least, on the surface—the reasons for longevity. And for that, we are grateful for some guidance on how to reach a ripe old age.
Our hearts may say, “We are still young,” but our wrinkles and unyielding joint pains have a thousand ways of telling the story of our declining health. The Bible says we are decaying daily. “Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day.” (2 Cor. 4:16) It is complete self-deception, therefore, to live as if we will never die. We are perishing every day. Our health is deteriorating as we age. But is there a way to live a little longer?
The answer is “YES,” but we need to take responsibility for our health. We have only one life to live—one life to make or break! That is why we need to engage in maintaining exceptional health if we can.
How to Live a Little Longer?
I don’t have the authority to speak on the subject because I am not a medical practitioner. Aside from God’s grace, however, I think I only have one second-rate answer, and that is to reset our lifestyle to the basics of existence.
Imagine the way we lived had we been born before the so-called “modern age.” Imagine eating the vegetables and fruits we planted. A study conducted in one of the so-called “Blue Zone” in Sardinia, Italy, revealed that its centenarians are still climbing up the hills every day to pasture their goats. They attribute their longevity to their physical activity, homemade foods, a sense of community, and worry-free existence.
Is Aging a Problem?
First, we need to understand that aging is a problem. Death is not a problem because it doesn’t have a solution. But we have a way of slowing down our aging process. There is a key. We have a way out of an untimely death that is caused by aging.
A study shows, for example, that as we age, our cells become unhealthy and very abnormal. The reasons for this are stress, pollution, poor diet, lack of proper exercise, and the weakening functions of our immune system.
In short, we can increase our lifespan if we can improve our diet from junk food to non-GMO vegetables and fruits, seeds, and grass-fed meat. We must avoid too much sugar in our diet and stop using hydrogenated cooking oils like canola, corn, or soybean oil. We must reduce our exposure to stress. Constant physical activity like exercising every day should get top priority in our routine. What about our exposure to sunlight during the daytime and darkness (to produce melatonin) during the night?
Don’t Let Your Doctor Take Full Control Over Your Health
We need a surgeon to remove our damaged appendix or if there is a bullet in our belly. But, as a rule, we must not rely on our doctor’s diagnosis round the clock. The phrase “second opinion” was not born without a reason.
I had a little pain in my left kidney, so I visited a well-known nephrologist almost ten years ago. After studying my “healthy-kidneys” lab tests, he told me he would further test my kidney by extracting something from it for an in-depth laboratory examination.
A Bible verse quickly dawned on me: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.” (Psalm 139:14) “I am wonderfully made.” I never returned to him.
Deaths Caused by Medical Errors
We should not fall for every doctor’s advice related, for example, to the increase of our drugs to address the side effects of previous prescriptions. One of the leading causes of death in the U.S. is “medical errors.” Note: 1
- Roughly 12,000,000 Americans are misdiagnosed each year.
- Medical errors cause an estimated 250,000 deaths in the United States annually.
- A little more than 4,000 surgical errors occur each year.
- It’s estimated that 7,000 to 9,000 patients die every year from medication errors.
Your Doctor Will Give You a Maintenance Drug—For Life
The problem concerning degenerative ailments is mostly cellular, and cells live or die depending on your stress levels, nutrition, movement, and the amount of antioxidants in your body. If you have hypertension, for example, the drug that will be prescribed to you will not work as a cure for your high blood pressure but as a control for your symptoms. Doctors call it a “maintenance drug.” It’s scary that your so-called maintenance drug will double or triple in the coming months because of the side effects it causes.
Don’t Follow Your Doctor All the Time
Dr. Shigeaki Hinohara, a Japanese centenarian, said we need to question everything—including your doctor’s advice. Amanda Froelich wrote: “Even though Hinohara was a doctor, he told patients to do their own research and listen to their own intuitions. ‘When a doctor recommends you take a test or have some surgery, ask whether the doctor would suggest that his or her spouse or children go through such a procedure,’ he said. ‘Contrary to popular belief, doctors can’t cure everyone. So why cause unnecessary pain with surgery? I think music and animal therapy can help more than most doctors imagine.'” 2
It is a problem when one depends on the doctor’s prescriptions when the latter was not taught nutrition, the soul of health, in medical school. To live a long time, we must not follow our doctor’s advice perpetually.
Corruption in the Medical Industry
By the end of 2021, I posted on Facebook that 2021 was a year when politicians would control public health instead of scientists. I got censored. Why? Because BIG PHARMA does not like the truth and all sources of information and conversation—through the MSM and social media—are controlled by these elites.
Did you know BIG PHARMA funded most of the research work concerning health and the efficacy of the drugs they developed? Follow the money, some say, to understand the workings of the medical industry.
Give the scientists 500 years from today, for example, and they still cannot come up with a medication that can cure cancer. Why? We’ve heard of geniuses being mysteriously murdered or poisoned after discovering something that ran counter to the Global Elite’s interests. Dr. Jeff Bradstreet, for example, was assassinated after he discovered a cure for cancer. 3 Nikola Tesla promised free electricity with his discovery, but the ruling psychopaths ruined his life.
Let us go back to our question. Why is there no cure for cancer even after 500 years of research? The answer is that the flow of money will stop if you cure cancer, heart disease, hypertension, etc.
Instead of helping us with our health, the Elites, our clandestine masters, produce GMO, fluoride, all sorts of poisonous matters being added to our foods (like MSG), and our kitchen cleaning solutions, etc. to achieve their demonic agenda, which is money through disease (or a virus!) and population control. 4
To get a brief glimpse of our so-called global health setting, let us just ask why did Bayer (pesticide producer) buy Monsanto (GMO producer)?
They say it is a conspiracy theory, but we may ask about one instance: can you show us any piece of evidence that the Global Elite loved humanity during the pandemic?
Do We Need Prescription Drugs?
Yes, if we need one. I have been taking a maintenance drug for almost five years now. However, I’m struggling to put myself off the pill.
I attended a training where the speaker, a medical doctor, told us that if we take our maintenance drug this year for our heart problem, we will already be taking two kinds of drugs by next year because of the damage that our maintenance drug will cause to our liver, kidneys, or other organs of our body.
My opinion is that if you’re dying and you take heavy drugs, you’ll die fast. Hiromi Shinya, the author of the book titled, “The Enzyme Factor,” once said that the more you take drugs, the sicker you become.
That is one reason most drug-dependent wealthy people die young. One of the poorest men I know died at 83, and the reason was that he had no money to see a doctor. You completely depend on your doctor if you want to suffer from a disease that is caused by a prescription drug.
My doctor friend once said the West-developed and studied diagnosis plus the Western diagnostic tools are superior. But “western drugs” are not.
“Why?” I asked.
“Their drugs are targeted, not holistic.”
I studied high-cholesterol issues and the West-developed “statin” drugs to lower them. My investigations had led me to the ugly truth that statins may lower LDL but also inhibit our body’s natural production of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). 5 As a result, your heart health—the functions of your heart muscles where CoQ10 works—will be compromised because of a drug that targets your cholesterol levels (targeted) instead of the entire heart and body functions (holistic). In sum, a certain drug may help treat one problem while destroying other parts of the body’s functions and organs.
What Must We Do to Live Longer?
What must we do to live longer? I don’t have an answer because I’m not a centenarian. Second, we can google the secrets of extremely old people, which are more of the same: diet, exercise, water, sleep, etc. Maybe we can add genetics, their “blue zone” environment, and lifestyle.
If we consult the Bible, our average age is 70 to 80. “As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years, Or if due to strength, eighty years, Yet their pride is but labor and sorrow; For soon it is gone and we fly away.” (Psalm 90:10)
The one thing I discovered recently to curve my symptoms is a one-hour walk every day, two cups of coffee, and a few cups of green tea. I avoided sugar (but I took organic stevia sometimes), reduced my carbs (rice and bread intake), and avoided hydrogenated cooking oils. I also slept for at least seven hours daily.
I have been taking Omega 3 and garlic food supplements for the past twenty years. I am also taking food/herbal supplements like dandelion, beetroot, celery seeds, blueberry, etc. Ginger, cinnamon, mango, and avocado leaves are helpful, too, if taken regularly.
But the greatest thing I have done for decades already was to pray for a long and healthy lifespan. Christ said, “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matt. 11:28) I think, if your health is deteriorating with no sign of relief, call out for our Lord Jesus’s intervention by faith. He will give you peace and hope night and day in your hour of utmost fear. If you feel you are lost, or your soul seems unprepared for a life beyond the sunset, then you need Christ, our Savior, and Strength in our Second Life.
