Born Again Christ’s Version: Understanding the Biblical Born-Again Experience

born-again-christ-version

The emphasis in this book is the born-again experience lived by true Christians. It is this experience of truth that Christ’s followers chose death over recantation. It explains the willingness of William Tyndale, the father of the English Bible, to be burned at the stake. The unbelievers and atheists see the second birth as a subject for amusement and mockery. But there’s no truth in their misjudgment of Christians for the reality they don’t have any understanding at all.

OVERCOMING ADVERSITIES BY FAITH IN CHRIST

True Christianity is about struggle or warfare “against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness.” (Eph. 6:12) This paper, “Overcoming Adversities by the Power of God,” deals with trials and sufferings God crushes to preserve the born-again follower of Christ. How to fight demonic forces without understanding the devil’s schemes from God’s viewpoint? The apostle Paul said we must “extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.” (Eph. 6:16) Peter also said: “Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Pet. 1:5) It is Christianity 101. It is overcoming adversities by the power of God since the devil seeks to tempt and victimize Christ’s people.

PENTECOSTALISM, ITS THEOLOGY & THE CHARISMATIC CHAOS REVISITED

psalm 23

I am always supporting Pentecostalism, for God honors it by saving the lost through this persuasion as well. Who am I to judge what God has used for the salvation of souls? After Paul rebuked the Corinthian church for speaking in tongues like fools, he said “do not forbid to speak in tongues.” (1 Cor. 14:39) True, we cannot fathom the “fine prints” in God’s words most of the time. But the extreme Pentecostalism is just far-off; studying and exposing it is always beneficial for real Christianity that is committed to the truth. It is the very core topic of this humble work.

Christmas is About Truth and Freedom

Christmas is about Christ; but right after His birth, people dethroned Him and removed Him away from His rightful place as Savior of the world. Songs composed during this season were about food, fun, and Christmas lights. Humanity’s rejection of Christ is best expressed this time of the year such as people’s efforts to reduce Christ’s birth to a Christless feast and holiday.

Christ’s Prayer Philosophy to Ask for Bread Daily

christ's prayer philosophy ask bread daily

God is involved in our daily life. He is providing us with everything, from rain to seeds and soil for us to have breakfast the next day. We cannot create a farmland; much less the perfection of nature that we all depended on for survival. The works of our heart and all the organs in our body support that we believe God. Unbelief does not make sense. Rejection of God and His claims are just the side effect of the faith of Adam and Eve in demonic lies. Most of us mock Christ’s claims because of Satan’s doctrine that was embraced by our first parents that we would be like God, knowing good and evil. (cf. Gen. 3:5) The truth is, we don’t know anything about good and evil from God’s point of view. After Adam’s fall, Cain killed his brother Abel. Yes, what people thought as real knowledge of good and evil was just Satan’s taste and standard of what is good and what is evil. Christ taught that the devil is the father of lies and a murderer from the very beginning. We need to trust God through His Son, Jesus Christ, or we would not understand God’s version of right from wrong.

Christian Hope of Immortality and a Blissful Life in Heaven

christian hope immortality blissful life in heaven

Our belief of a deathless life in heaven is the most remarkable Christian expectation and confidence in this life. Why, because “it has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit.” Our Christian hope of immortality and a blissful life in heaven—in a new, incorruptible body (1 Cor. 15:51-54)—is not mere utopian or quixotic dream. It is a living hope that will always survive with the Holy Spirit watering such seed of anticipation of the forgiven soul. The Apostle Peter called this Christian hopefulness as the living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
