Yes, atheism crumbles, as it is not part of human design. It is like putting a non-genuine part in your car’s engine. A long time ago, God said that an atheist is a fool or someone engaged in self-deception. In Psalm 14:1, David said that the “fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.” The atheist’s belief starts with his “conversation with his heart” without the open-mindedness to consider the mysteries of the world around him. Observe the following declaration of one atheist from the Web:
Atheists Seem to Believe that God Exists But Not for Them
It is proof atheism breaks up. The atheist writer said that “God himself is more than welcome to share an honest conversation with me.” If you claim that there is no God and also say that you appreciate an “honest conversation” with Him, then you are a confused person. How can you engage in a conversation with God if you don’t believe he exists in the first place?
Belief in God’s Existence is Part of Our Nature
The truth is that an atheist cannot prove that there is no God because he was created “in the image of God.” Thousands of gods have been invented, and consequently, religions have been founded, all because we have a sense of God. The belief in the existence of God is a part of our nature.
Sin has distorted the image of God in us. The result is man’s propensity to worship idols, even though it looks insane to do so. The truth remains that we don’t need to graduate from college to believe that God exists.
No single atheist had successfully disputed God’s contention even before the birth of Christianity that atheism tumbles. Paul, the apostle, wrote:
God Manifested Himself in His Creations
A normal human being believes that God exists since God manifests Himself in nature and even in our conscience. John 1:9 states that “There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man.” This light is Jesus Christ, and He will assist you in seeing that God exists until you suppress the divine truth through your pretension of philosophical superiority in theism.
The argument from natural mysteries undermines atheism. One example is the distance between the Earth and the moon. They said that if the sun were created a little closer to the earth, then the earth would burn up; if it were placed farther away, it would freeze up. Dr. Sidney N. Bremer asked: “Did it all just happen?”
Atheism Fails Because It Cannot Prove that Life is Only the Brain
Another way that atheism flips is on death and life (of the soul!). Atheists believe that life is only in the brain and that there is nothing to fear from death because it is the end of fear.
The Bible says death is fearsome. This fear has enslaved these people all their lives. States Hebrews 2:15 that “through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.”
By declaring that we can brave death since it is merely the “end of fear” is just a manifesto of fear itself gripping among the atheists. If death is the END OF FEAR, therefore, life is the season of the fear of dying.
Wrote Richard Carrier, an atheist, in answer to the question, “What do you think happens when you die?”
It Does Not Have a Set of Moral Instructions for the Children
From one website by an atheist, we find the following seemingly Christian introduction: “[B]ut I was raised to believe that morality was given to us by God. Where do atheists get their morality if not from God’s teachings?”
After criticizing the Holy Bible and the God who killed all people through a flood, the author answered the question stated above this way:
I haven’t seen a more confused atheist’s teaching yet than the atheist moral instructions that were all sourced from the different religions of the world.
Atheism crumbles.
Here’s the Lyrics of the Hymn, “The Bible Stands,” Not Crumbles
The Bible Stands (Haldor Lillenas, 1917)
The Bible stands like a rock undaunted
’Mid the raging storms of time;
Its pages burn with the truth eternal,
And they glow with a light sublime.
Refrain:
The Bible stands though the hills may tumble,
It will firmly stand when the earth shall crumble;
I will plant my feet on its firm foundation,
For the Bible stands.
The Bible stands like a mountain tow’ring
Far above the works of men;
Its truth by none ever was refuted,
And destroy it they never can.
The Bible stands and it will forever,
When the world has passed away;
By inspiration it has been given,
All its precepts I will obey.
The Bible stands every test we give it,
For its Author is divine;
By grace alone I expect to live it,
And to prove and to make it mine.
