God’s Word Proves the Importance of the Bible
Liberal theologians are now advancing the false teaching of believing in Christ without necessarily taking the entire Holy Scriptures as God’s Word. You may have heard someone saying “I do believe in your Christ, but I don’t believe in your Bible.” Without a shadow of a doubt, if examined through the revelations of the Scriptures, such a doctrine is misleading and distorted. God’s Word proves that real faith in Christ only happens after a hugging conviction of the Bible’s truthfulness and dependability. Wrote the apostle Paul that “faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.” (Rom. 10:17)
The Holy Bible is the very word of God. If it is not, then what scripture should we use in its place? Wikiquote.org posted a list of scriptures which includes: Shruti (Hinduism), Tripitaka (Buddhism), Dao de jing (Taoism), Analects of Confucius (Confucianism), Qur’an (Islam), Guru Granth Sahib (Sikhism), Book of Mormon (Mormonism), Satanic Bible (Satanism). I don’t know the god worshiped or the principle deified in these writings. Hence, I couldn’t make any more academic comment on their spirituality except for the so-called Satanic Bible because of the mention of the term Satanic which is the exact opposite of what the Bible stands for. I had a book about Anton LaVey, the founder of the Church of Satan in California, USA, and the author of the Satanic Bible. All I could remember about the guy was his demonic powers. God’s Word proves about the capabilities of the demonized people to also perform supernatural skills. Pharaoh’s magicians, for example, duplicated few of the miracles performed by Moses. All things considered, the Holy Bible is just taller than all the scriptures known to all of the humanity. The fulfilled prophecies, the virgin birth of Christ, His death and resurrection are just a few things that affirm that the Bible is the blessed word of God.
God’s Word Proves that Real Faith Follows Trust in the Scriptures
We quoted Romans 10:17 (NASB) above that says that “faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.” The word “faith” in the context of this Scripture speaks about one’s faith and trust in Christ as Lord and personal Savior. The King James Version (KJV) of the Bible used “by the word of God.” Many later translations like the ESV (English Standard Version), the NIV (New International Version), including the NASB or New American Standard Bible (used primarily on this website, bythisverse.com), the phrase used is “word of Christ” (NASB and ESV) and in the NIV, “about the word of Christ.” In the margin of the NASB, it says word “concerning Christ.”
In short, Romans 10:17 (among many others passages of the Bible) proves that the entire Holy Scriptures is all about our Lord Jesus Christ. It does not say “words” but rather word (singular) signifying the content of the entire Bible—and it is about Jesus Christ. It also corresponds with Luke 24:27 which says that “beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.
God’s word proves, furthermore, that faith in the Holy Bible is necessary for establishing a genuine faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To put it succinctly, we believe in the Bible because it is about our Lord Jesus Christ.
God’s Word Proves that the Bible is All About Christ
Our position is that we believe in the Bible’s divine inspiration because Christ our Lord endorses the Scriptures. In Jesus we find the Bible; in the Bible we find Jesus! In John 10:35b, Christ said: “and the Scripture cannot be broken.”
If one finds some teachings of Scripture to be objectionable, it is because one’s heart is not right with the Lord. Christ Himself taught that “the Scripture cannot be broken.” We are justified in saying it again since it is soothingly satisfying for us, real believers. From Genesis down to Revelation, the last book of the Holy Scriptures, the reference to Jesus Christ is always the key to understanding God’s Word.
The priesthood, the burnt offerings, and other religious practices in the Old Testament, for example, were a type of our Lord Jesus, our High Priest of the New Covenant. (Read: Hebrews 8) Moses acted as God’s go-between to the Israelites. Again, such a historical chapter of the chosen people that was loaded with miracles and divine interventions could only be understood well if linked to Christ who is the only Way by which any one may be saved from the “Egypt” of God’s hell-judgment. God’s Word proves that Christ is the core essence of the Holy Scriptures. Hence, we always maintain that in Jesus we find the Bible; in the Bible we find Jesus!
In Jesus we find the Bible; in the Bible we find Jesus!
Break the Scriptures if you like. Break all its precepts if you want yourself to be broken by your misdeeds. “Those who follow after wickedness . . . They are far from Thy law . . . . Salvation is far from the wicked, For they do not seek Thy statutes” (Psalm 119:150;155).
A person claiming Christianity without embracing the Holy Scripture as the sole foundation of the Christian faith is not a real, born-again Christian. The “liberal” Christians are all like that: They believe our Christ but not our Bible. “Salvation is far from the wicked, For they do not seek Thy statutes.”
God’s Word Proves that Unbelief in the Bible is False Christianity
Fake Christianity is just about believing in Christ, but not the Holy Bible as mentioned earlier. In the Bible, for example, homosexually is a great sin. (Lev. 20:13; 1 Cor. 6:9-10) Those gays who claimed faith in Christ wouldn’t express full confidence in the Holy Scriptures since they love to continue doing what is against the Bible. The predominant Orthodox Christian theology always defends the divine inspiration of the Holy Bible. Indeed, God’s Word proves itself by its built-in proofs.

No single book on Earth, for example, that tells God’s words in the first person like “I am the God of Abraham,” etc. Only the Bible has it. The divine authority of the Scriptures is seen quickly as when Genesis 1:1 states: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” The Holy Spirit who inspired and guided the writing of the Scriptures assumed that all people would believe in God instinctively since they knew God (cf. Rom. 1:19-21); they were created in His image. (Gen. 1:27) God’s Word proves that unbelief in the Bible is false Christianity. (Read: John 5:39-40)
Have you noticed any introduction in the first sentence when our Creator first entered into the threshold of the written word?
Did not God instead say in Genesis 1:1: “In the beginning, before the world began, there was a supreme being who was omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, who was called God. He was uncreated, and no power or being was greater than Him, and there was not a single mighty being before Him”? God did not give His “ID,” so to speak, or sort of an “About Page.” He just simply said: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Observe the statement “Thus saith the Lord” on the pages of the King James Version of the Bible. (See: Is. 45:1, etc.) All these prove just one awesome truth, and that is the inspiration of the Holy Scriptures. Fake Christians have other unChristian agenda since they pretend to exercise faith in Christ without the needed knowledge about Him from the Holy Scriptures.

I found from the Internet (here is the link to the source: relevantmagazine.com) seven concepts accepted by some born-again Christians as true but are not biblical.
2. GOD WANTS ME TO BE HAPPY
3. WE’RE ALL GOD’S CHILDREN
4. CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS
5. GOD WON’T GIVE YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE
6. BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE
7. WHEN YOU DIE, GOD GAINS ANOTHER ANGEL
The biblical illiteracy of many born-again Christians is not what we mean by false Christianity or Christian Liberalism. In John 3:3, Christ taught that the Second Birth (also termed as born again or born of the Spirit of God – John 3:3,5,7; Romans 8:9) is the requirement to enter heaven and live there eternally.
“Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3)
Did Christ say: Unless you have memorized the whole Bible, you cannot enter the kingdom of God? No. I experienced the Second Birth with just a few verses in my heart concerning Christ Jesus such as the much-quoted John 3:16. We don’t need to be theologians before we can be saved. Born-again Christians trust in the Holy Bible as inspired of God. But, it is not about theological preciseness that makes one Spirit-regenerated. Rather, it is faith in the Bible as the very Word of God and that it is about Jesus Christ. Out of trusting the authority of the Holy Scriptures, one would meet Christ. In the Bible, we find Jesus—in Jesus, we find the Bible. For “faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.” (Rom. 10:17) “You search the Scriptures,” taught our Lord Jesus Christ, “because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life.” (John 5:39-40) See? God’s Word proves that the Holy Bible is all about Jesus Christ. We stated above that false Christianity is about believing in Christ, but not the Holy Bible. May God bless us with this Bible truth.

Conclusion: God’s Word proves that the World is More Prepared Now to Serve the Coming Anti-Christ
God’s Word or Word of God is a phrase that is attributed to our Lord Jesus Christ. It is written in the Gospel according to John that “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…. And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:1,14) There is no margin of doubt that the Word (Word of God) is Jesus Christ or that the Holy Bible is all about Christ, our loving Savior. True, God’s Word proves that faith in Christ without trusting in the Holy Scriptures is a Satanic gambit to deceptively give the pseudo-Christians false hope of eternal life.
The apostle Peter wrote that the Old Testament Prophets also had the Spirit of Christ, thus, fortifying our teaching that the Scriptures is all about our Lord. Observe the following verses:
In Psalm 119:105, God’s Word proves once again that the Scriptures is synonymous with what and who Jesus Christ is. Let’s examine the verse: “Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.” In John 14:6, Christ said that He was the way, and John 8:12 He said: “I am the Light of this world.” The Bible and Christ are closely linked in that to accept one and reject the other is the core component of false Christianity. Satan, the father of lies (John 8:44), is behind the theological campaign of liberalism and modernism to cripple the Holy Scripture of its claim of divine origin and inspiration. Believing Christ except the Scriptures simply prepares the camouflaged Christians to side with the Anti-Christ when the time comes.
Your word, O God, I love
Like food that makes me strong
It lifts my soul above
To make me see what’s wrong.
